Please read these terms carefully before using GS Bilty

By accessing or using GS Bilty (operated by Ganga Softech, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Service

GS Bilty is a document management SaaS platform intended for Packers & Movers businesses in India. You must be 18 years or older and a registered business entity to use this service.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • One account per business; sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Plans are available on a prepaid basis for specified durations
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
  • Payment is processed through Razorpay or Cashfree — secure third-party gateways
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable between accounts
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial as determined by our current trial plan. The trial is limited to one per business entity. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate fraudulent or misleading documents
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform

6. Intellectual Property

GS Bilty and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Ganga Softech. Your documents belong to you; you grant us a license to store and process them solely to provide the service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

GS Bilty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganga Softech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via the app or our account deletion page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
