GS Bilty (operated by Ganga Softech) is a purely digital SaaS platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. This policy explains how our digital services are "delivered" to you.

1. Digital Delivery

All GS Bilty services are delivered digitally:

  • App Access: Immediately available upon account creation via Google Play Store (Android) or web browser.
  • Subscription Activation: Activated instantly upon successful payment verification. You will receive a confirmation notification in the app.
  • Documents: Generated instantly within the app and accessible immediately. PDF documents can be downloaded or shared to WhatsApp without delay.

2. No Physical Shipping

Since all services are digital, there is:

  • No physical shipment of any product
  • No shipping address required
  • No delivery timeframes — access is instantaneous
  • No shipping charges at any time

3. App Download

The GS Bilty Android app is available on Google Play Store. Download and installation are subject to Google's platform policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Play Store distribution network.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, will be communicated in advance via app notifications. Unplanned outages are addressed as quickly as possible.
