GS Bilty ("we", "our", or "us") is managed by Ganga Softech, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and services.

1. Our Commitment to Your Data Security

We understand that your business data — quotations, LRs, invoices, customer records — is sensitive and private. Here is our firm commitment:

• Your data belongs only to you. Every document, quotation, LR, and customer record is stored with your unique company ID. No other user — including GS Bilty staff — can access your documents or customer data.
• We never sell your data. Your business information, customer details, and transaction records are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes.
• Encrypted & isolated storage. All data is stored on secured servers with SSL/TLS encryption. Each company's data is fully isolated at the database level — queries are always scoped to your company ID.
• No admin access to your documents. Our support team cannot view the contents of your quotations or LRs. Access is technically restricted at the system level.
• You control your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We do not retain data after deletion.
• Secure login. We use OTP-based authentication — no passwords stored. Each session uses an encrypted token that expires on logout.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

• Name: Collected during account registration for app functionality.
• Phone Number: Used for OTP-based authentication via WhatsApp.
• Email Address: Collected during onboarding to send your Data Protection Agreement and account notifications.

Business Information

• Company details: Name, address, GST/PAN, bank details — used to generate your documents (quotations, LRs, invoices). Visible only to you and staff you add.
• Customer records: Names, phone numbers, cities — stored within your company account, accessible only to you.
• Documents: Quotations, LRs, invoices, and other documents you create. Never accessible to other users or GS Bilty staff.

Financial Information

• Subscription & payment history: Maintained for account management. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay/Cashfree — we do not store card or bank details.

App Usage Data

• App interactions: How you use features within the app, for functionality and improvement.
• Crash logs: Technical error data for app stability.
• Device ID: Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications only.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our services
• To authenticate you via WhatsApp OTP
• To generate your business documents (quotations, LRs, invoices)
• To send your Data Protection Agreement on signup
• To process subscription payments through third-party payment gateways
• To send push notifications about your documents and subscription
• To provide customer support
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Payment Processors (Razorpay/Cashfree): Purchase history shared for payment processing only.
• Firebase (Google): Device ID shared for push notification delivery only.
• No other third parties. Your business data, customer records, and documents are never shared with any other company or individual.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Data is stored on secured servers with industry-standard protections. Each company's data is isolated at the database level — it is technically impossible for one user to access another user's data through our application.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@gsbilty.com. We do not retain any data after deletion.
