Nothing on GS Bilty constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Documents generated on the platform are for business operational use. Users are responsible for ensuring their documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Document Accuracy

The accuracy of documents depends entirely on the information entered by the user. GS Bilty is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions in user-entered data
• Documents generated with incorrect information
• Any disputes arising from document content
• Loss arising from use of generated documents

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur. Critical business operations should not rely solely on the availability of GS Bilty.

7. Directory Listings & Moving Companies

GS Bilty operates a public directory connecting users with third-party packers and movers companies. By using this directory, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• GS Bilty does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any listed moving company or individual.
• Listing on GS Bilty does not constitute certification, background verification, or quality assurance of any mover.
• GS Bilty is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, delays, accidents, disputes, or any other mishap arising from services provided by any listed company.
• Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the credentials, GST registration, business licence, physical office address, and identity of any mover before engaging their services.
• Always obtain a written estimate and signed agreement from the mover before handing over your belongings. Insist on a proper GST invoice and payment receipt.
• Quoted prices on this platform are approximate and indicative only. Actual charges may vary based on floor access, exact distance, packing materials, and other factors.
• In the event of a dispute with a mover, GS Bilty will not act as an arbitrator and bears no legal or financial responsibility. You may raise a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
