Our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refunds

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on GS Bilty (operated by Ganga Softech, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana). Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Services — No Physical Returns

GS Bilty is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. No physical goods are sold or delivered. The concept of "returns" does not apply to digital subscription services.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical Failure: If the service was completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our server errors, you may request a prorated refund for the downtime period.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan in the same billing cycle, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  • Unauthorised Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately with relevant evidence.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
  • Partial use of the subscription duration
  • Upgrade or downgrade between plans

4. Free Trial

All new users receive a free trial period. We encourage you to evaluate all features during the trial before purchasing a paid plan. No refund is applicable for paid plans if the service was trialled before purchase.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer proration for early cancellation.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Include: your registered phone number, payment order ID, and reason for refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
